Child Eligibility: Children are defined as any child under age 18 (21 in LA, 22 in ND, 26 in TX and 23 in UT) unmarried and you are the legal guardian for, or if they are 19 to 23 (19 to 25 in GA, FL, ND and 23 in LA or 24 in MN) and are an unmarried, full-time student dependent upon you for support and maintenance.

Common Carrier
This benefit is payable if you are accidentally killed as a fare-paying passenger while riding inside a licensed common carrier with regularly scheduled routes such as commercial airlines, trains, or city subways.
Motor Vehicle
This benefit is payable in the event of your accidental death caused by being struck by a private passenger automobile or as a direct result of a collision or crash of a private passenger automobile, being struck by a land motor vehicle, or while driving for hire a land motor vehicle.
All Other Accidental DeathThis benefit is payable if your death is caused by any other covered accident, at home, at work, on vacation, while shopping, or even doing household chores. To see a full description of dismemberment benefits please click here. No physical examination is required and acceptance is guaranteed with this accident insurance. So it doesn't matter if you have health problems. If you are between the ages of 18 and 80 and want this accidental death and dismemberment insurance, you cannot be turned down. There are no medical questions to answer. As long as your premiums are paid, coverage cannot be canceled. Benefits reduce by 50% at age 70.
